Laisi Art & Design owns the rights to all photos, products and texts in the online store. They may not be used or copied without permission.

Online store prices:
Prices include VAT 14% (paintings) or 25.5%.
Payments:
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation and later an invoice to your email. The invoice will contain everything necessary for payment of the order. The invoice will be sent from hanna@hannalaisiartdesign.com.
Delivery terms:
Paintings: A preliminary delivery time is stated separately for each painting. If the final drying process of the painting is still incomplete, the first preliminary delivery date is stated for the painting. This refers to the earliest day it can be sent. Each painting is unique, meaning only one copy is available. Paintings are delivered unframed unless otherwise stated in the painting information. The normal delivery time after the painting has dried is 2-3 weeks. Deliveries are sent via Post office. The online store is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. The paintings are delivered to the Post office pickup point closest to the customer. You will receive a separate notification when the delivery has been sent.
Commissioned painting: The customer can also order a painting with their own subject. To place an order, please contact me using the contact form or by email at hanna@hannalaisartdesign.com. After your contact, we will go over the type of painting in more detail, i.e. size, subject, material of the painting base, etc. After these clarifications, you will receive a quote for the work and a preliminary schedule. After accepting the quote, I will start the painting process according to the schedule stated in the quote. I will inform the customer of any possible changes, for example in the schedule, without delay. The customer will receive pictures of the painting during the painting process, which means the customer has the right to request changes to it. The customer will approve the finished work before it is sent.
Photo products: Canvas prints are ordered from a third party and they are manufactured in Finland. All products are checked for errors before being sent to the customer. The delivery time for the products is approximately 3-4 weeks. Deliveries are sent via Post office. The online store is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or third party. Canvas prints are delivered to the Post office pickup point closest to the customer. You will receive a separate notification when the delivery has been sent.
Return Policy:
Paintings (excluding commissioned works, see below Return of commissioned work) and photo products are subject to the normal 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act. The product must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Please contact us immediately by email at hanna@hannalaisartdesign.com if you wish to return the product or if it has been damaged during transport. The customer is responsible for the return fee in cases where the return is due to a change of mind. The shipping company and the online store are responsible for damage during transport. The customer must return the product immediately and pack it in such a way that the product remains saleable. Paintings and canvas prints must be returned in the original packaging, packed in the same way as they were received. If the painting or canvas print is packed in such a way that it is damaged during return as a result of careless packaging, the customer is obliged to compensate the online store for the costs of repair or the entire selling price of the product. The payment will be refunded to the customer within 14 days of the product being returned to the online store owner.
Return of commissioned work:
In principle, commissioned work does not have a right to return unless it shows damage caused by transport or other demonstrable manufacturing defects. The work must be returned in the original package, packed in the same way as it was received. The shipping company and the online store are responsible for returns due to damage caused by transport. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the costs of the return. The customer accepts that the online store may resell the work to another customer, even if the work was painted from a photograph taken by the original customer, for example.
