3. Data subjects and data content of the register

The controller maintains customer registers. In this context, a customer refers to a person with whom the controller has a customer relationship.

The register may process, among other things, the following data groups that are necessary for the purpose of the register:

a) basic information about the controller's customer, such as name and contact information (address, email address, telephone number)

b) the data subject's purchase transaction on the controller's website, contacts made using the contact form, and contacts made to the company by email or telephone.

4. Basis for keeping the register and purpose of use of the register

The customer register is kept for orders, invoicing, contacts, collections and other measures that are essentially related to maintaining the customer relationship. The legal basis for processing customer data is to enable the purchase transaction and business.

5. Sources of personal data in the register

The controller processes personal data received with the customer's consent, which have been collected by agreement for the purpose of acquiring and fulfilling an electronic order in the online store. The controller only processes the customer's identification data and contact information that are necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase agreement. The controller processes personal data for the purposes of sending and accounting and for the transmission of information required by the contracting parties for the period required by law. Personal data is not published or transferred to other countries.

The data is collected from the data subject himself/herself when ordering a service via the contact form on the website, by email, by telephone or from contracts.

6. Duration of storage of personal data

The controller stores personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the controller and the Customer. The controller must delete all personal data after the period necessary for storing personal data.

7. Principles of register protection

The data in the registers is stored in the information technology systems of the controller. The systems are protected and access to them requires the use of a username and password. Only predetermined employees of the controller can access the data in the register. Identified employees of the controller and companies acting on its behalf (e.g. accounting firms) have access to some of the information contained in the registers.

8. Right to check and modify the information in the register

The person in the register has the right to check what information about him or her is in the register. The request must be made in writing to the controller. The controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to prove his or her identity. The controller will respond to the customer within the time period stipulated in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month). The person in the register has:

- The right to check the personal data we have stored

- The right to request the correction of the data in question

- The right to request the deletion of the data

- The right to request the restriction of processing, e.g. ban on direct marketing

- Right to lodge a complaint about the processing of personal data with the Data Protection Ombudsman

Registered data can also be deleted by Laisi Art & Design without a request.
